I don't know the exact date but it seems like it was in the last few days. Order was placed in December.

Honestly mate, it's a nightmare. Some are sailing straight through and hopping on boats. Some are going AWOL for weeks on end and some are staying at a particular status for a lot longer than they should be doing.

Anybody who tries to give you an average at this point, is pissing into the wind 😂

Anywhere between 2 to 6 months. Every build is going through different issues and no one can provide you that info.

Car finally reached status 150 with vin this morning (6 months after placing the order – a very painful wait, like most people on this forum). Here is the spec:

Glad to hear someone else got the M3 with FDG and Fjord Blue seats! For whatever reason, this body/seat color combo does not appear to be a frequent choice among the Bimmerpost community.

My CA told that the FDG option was the reason my car build week kept being pushed back. Seems like BMW was waiting for the end of the MY to make all the FDG M3 cars in a single batch.

As a side note, the FDG color has been removed as an option for the M3 from the M visualizer website and it looks like its availability may be limited in the future for the M3. On the UK and German websites, a slightly lighter variant of the color has been introduced as an option for the M3; Frozen Pure grey. It also looks great –can see some picture of that color on the M850 LCI– but I still prefer FDG for the M3.

Not very long. I was at 112 for less than 2 weeks. But, I was at 111 for quite a bit of time (since January).

This is relieving to hear! It feels like I've been at 102/111 forever with an estimated week 24 build so hopefully the process is similar for me

Well, looks like I’ve joined week 22. I was 19, 20, 21, now 22. And had been status 112 until recently, now “order received”. Time to just buy a Cayenne Coupe GTS, this truly is a shitshow.

For me, it says 22-06-2022, which is week 22. But I have still not received a vin yet as of today. Is anyone else here supposed to be week 22 but not received their in yet?

it says corf prod week 22-06-2022, it says prod week so 22 is definitely the week and not the day... 06 is June and 2022 is the year lmao
