You have to get verified using Id.me thru BMW. This will then generate a code that you can provide to the dealer.

I have an I.D. Me code that is good for $1500. I also got a $1500 incentive thru Navy Fed and TrueCar. Now I just have to see if the dealer will stack both incentives. It appears to me that they are stackable, since one does not have to be a veteran to get the Truecar incentive thru Navy Fed. If you are a DOD employee or contractor you are eligible to join.

I just talked to my salesman and the two offers cannot be stacked. I have to choose one or the other. I don't understand why not since they are separate offers. Both offers are the same amount, so it doesn't matter which is chosen. Still is disappointing!!!!

So just spoke with my sales guy for clarification.

USAA on the BMW site is indeed $1500 for the M3, $2000 for the M4. Will be offered all year untill 2023. Cannot be used with BMW finance, and they aren't offering a $500 Choice this year for going with BMW finance. Coming from the Regional finance office he reached out to for clarification on everything.

Thanks for clarifying. I always intended on paying cash for my M4, so I was at least looking forward to $2k off in this ridiculous market. However, It's unfortunate I cannot get loyalty bc I'm not using BMWFS, given my pathetic drinking of the BMW Koolaid and all the money they have of mine over the years.

BMW military discount was 1500 and I believe the TrueCar was 1000-1500 (can't remember the exact value).

I confirmed from Navy Federal it's $2000 for the M4 and $1500 for the M3. The western region of the US it's $500 less.

When picking up. Based on delays, it might change by the time your car gets delivered.

Both. Gave it time of purchase for our new M240I, and at ordering for the M3.

I’m attempting to use my bmw military discount that was $2500 last fall and now is $1500 , attempting to combine it with the true car military discount of $1500 for a total of $3000 off msrp lol will know by tomorrow

They won’t combine them and will only do $1500 msrp 😑 ( in sourthern Cali btw)

My father has an id.me account and the BMW site specifically says:

"Can family members qualify for the BMW Military Incentive?

Yes, immediate family members can also take advantage of this offer. In order to be eligible, each family member must verify their status using ID.me."

Do anyone know how I can create an account that is associated with my fathers to get the benefit without my father have to purchase the car?

I cant seem to find anything on id.me's website. Thanks!

Have your Dad join USAA, and then you can join USAA under his name. It's easy

Military sales overseas to korea changed from 10% off msrp to 5%. I'm glad I got locked in at 10%.. I'm guessing same in Germany overseas sales. Also got the 1300 shipping destination waived.

The military discount can be stacked, and I'm hoping it can be used with the Navy Federal/True Car incentive.

Just received email for Navy Federal TrueCar offer. Still not 100% sure if I can just take this $1500 incentive or if I have to have NFCU/TrueCar buy my car because if that's the case I don't qualify because the vehicle was not on the lot. It's being shipped as we speak.

"Your exclusive savings are locked in with your unique offer code. Print your incentive form or bring this code to any authorized BMW Center to redeem.
See offer terms below."

1. Visit any authorized BMW Center.

2. Present your exclusive Offer Code, unique customer ID, and a photo ID to your BMW Center.

3. Enjoy the great savings on your new BMW.

And here is the fineprint:

Offer Terms: Special BMW Incentive offers are valid at authorized BMW Centers in the United States; incentive amounts are subject to and may vary by region and model year. Cash incentives are not applicable for vehicles leased/financed through BMW Financial Services. Member must take retail delivery January 4, 2022 - January 3, 2023. Incentive offers are subject to change without prior notice. This incentive offer is available to Navy Federal Credit Union members. BMW requires presentation of a photo ID, your BMW Offer Code and your Unique Customer ID. Visit the Navy Federal Car Buying Service to receive BMW Certificate. One incentive per member, per offer code, per calendar year for new BMW vehicles without a prior retail sale. Eligible member must be the purchaser. See your authorized BMW Center for complete program details. See incentive offer form for additional offer terms.

TrueCar operates the Navy Federal Car Buying Service. Navy Federal is not responsible for any purchase, lease or service provided by or through the Navy Federal Car Buying Service.

TrueCar operates the Navy Federal Car Buying Service ("Service") featuring pricing, performance, technical and safety data available for new and used vehicles. The Service is not available in all locations.

TrueCar does not broker, sell or lease motor vehicles. Each TrueCar Certified Dealer sets its own pricing, and will confirm actual vehicle availability from in-stock inventory, including options and color choices.

I attempted to use the military discount using IDME and received a code, but I don't see any M models? Also, it appears these discounts don't allow consumer to utilize BMW financial? Accurate?

I picked up my G83 on June 6th. During final signatures I logged into ID.me on dealers web browser and that’s all it took. Received my USAA 2K discount. Did not use BMW financing, but also was not told it would take discount away.
