Just to add on that as well, I remember my dealership had specials on the last batch of F80 M3's on the lot.
People were walking out with $450 payments
And 650 payments on the CS. It was crazy!!

It is insane right now. My leased my F90 for ~$1150/mo with a $125K sticker. Think I got $21K off because it was my 11th car from my dealer. This time I was lucky to get the G80 for $2500 over. They were quoting others $10K over and had 6 appointments set later in the day if I didn't take it.

Actually considering letting mine go. Don't need it right now, have plenty of cars to drive so might as well take the money and run.

A nice connection to your M8 GC is that Aventurine Red was the launch (press) color for that car.

I wrote a little about it in my OG post but when I took the car home it drove as if I thought I was in the RWD car. The steering was still great even with the added front drive train (it is just barely noticeable but the lightness is relatively still there). Its definitely better than my F90 and F93 M cars with X drive. The added grip coming in and out of turns does add some extra confidence but it might be a few tenths slower in roll races than rwd.

The chassis is brilliant whether it be the RWD or AWD and drives much lighter than it is --- I can not sense a true variation yet but Ive only had the car for 2 days. But I dont think Ill be able to truly discern the differences even down the road. The only thing that clearly was different was... the launch
