I mean yeah that's expensive - but you have a very highly speccd car with I assume CCB's.

No idea your financial situation but for me, this was a VERY expensive purchase and I had stress immediately before.

Now, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. The car is so amazing. I wake up in the morning and look forward to driving to get coffee
I think the single number is bigger than usual for me. I've had 2 cars and child support that was more. But I didn't pay it all in one bill.

THE CS was coming out of my check before I even got it, and the 2 car payments, were weeks apart. Now that $850 a month car, and the CS are gone.

I just have to remember the fact that this one bill, is going to be what the car and the CS was, which I had no problem paying. I think it's just that one number.

If I split it up into 2 $800 a month payments, I wouldn't think twice about it. 😵😵😵

I hear ya man - I have mental things when it comes to monthly payments also. I put down enough money on my car so the payment is less than $1K. I just had anxiety when it came to paying that much for a car.

But yeah, you won't regret it

Man, decisions, decisions. The only thing that may help me, is I keep forgetting to tell my SA that I'm retired military, and I've been with USAA for 27 years.

If I can get a discount on the 2022, it may help push me into getting it. But my car is scheduled to start production on the 2nd of August. If I can find out the numbers before my car hits 150 status, I may do it. Im biting my nails on this one.

I just sold my 2017 911 C2S today for $105,000....only had 9500 miles....and have a 2022 AWD M3 Competition sitting at a port in Germany. I guess I am swimming downstream in some peoples eyes....but was looking for a little more practicality with 4 doors....but yet a fun weekender! Hope I am not disappointed as my 911 was fantastic.

I tried to get an allocation for a 911 992 C2-4S, wasn't happening. I'm sure the G82 xDrive Comp, car is 8/10ths the 911 capability, even though the 911 is in a totally different league. I'll be there, one day.

Due to the crazy market, I made a profit of $13,500 on the car after having it 3 years so it was the right choice for me. If I don't like the M3 I will get another 911.

There is a YouTube channel with a performance shop, Studie AG, that installs it on video. Word is, since its Titanium, its about $10K. $3k for the diffuser and $7K for the actual exhaust. but don't quote me on it. Its a rumor.

Also, to install it, there are dot markings on the OEM exhaust, where you need to cut the factory exhaust to fit it. As much as I want it, its expensive, and seems a little sketch to me.

USAA's insurance premiums have gone to the moon, I dropped them after 11 years recently, they told me they're working on it which I don't believe. I also took my homeowners insurance away from them too. They went from great to terrible over the years in terms of what's offered, pricing and service.

For the first time in a long time, I'm actually considering cross shopping something else. I think windshields, as shitty as they are, today, should be $0 deductible to repair. This was a state law when I lived in Phoenix. I go through at least 1 windshield a year, per car. There are insurance companies that just offer $0 deductible, on this, right off the bat. Or at least offer it for cheap. like a $6 a month add on.

Also, for the first time, I actually purchased the dealer offered windshield replacement extended warranty. And I'm about to use it on my 21 Accord touring. $1469 for the windshield. I paid $553 for the 7 year unlimited mileage windshield replacement plan. Its paid for itself.

I always have my comprehensive deductible very low for that reason. I lived in Scottsdale for many years and never had to have it. To that point, in Texas I've gone through more windshields than anywhere else. I cross shopped an RS6 Avant, M5 Comp, CS, E63 Wagon and some others.

I meant cross shopping insurance companies. Although, as far as cars go, I tried to get a 911 992 C2 or C4S allocation, for a few months before I went M.

I keep my deductibles at 500 comp/ 1000 collision. The only claims I've ever made, was when I lived in Phoenix, my ex wife had a lock-out and we had about 3 windshields replaced in 10 years. The rest of the time, in 27 years, I've never filed a claim with them. So, the cost, although fairly cheap, over 27 years, I would have wasted hundreds of dollars having my deductibles that low.

I put my M4 Comp into the USAA app, it didn't recognize my VIN, yet. And it had me at $144 a month. I'm in my mid 40s.

I have my Comp at $100, Collision $500 and yes I cross shopped many which is why I left USAA. They asked why, I told them and they said okay, our prices aren't changing. Maybe it's where I live? 0 accidents or claims, last time I had a claim it was a windshield a few years ago. No tickets on my record either, married in my 30's, live in a quiet, low accident area.

Ill likely end up shopping around for insurance, just to see. You're not the first person that's said USAA was overpriced. I do live in the Sacramento Area, so, maybe its up there, because of that. Or maybe its just the price of the car. My 21 Accord is my commuter, and I have it listed on 20K miles a year, and my insurance is $90 a month, on that, and it was right at $39K.

I'll say, my M2 was $300 a month, and I have a super clean record which makes 0 sense. switched to literally anyone else, same deducible and everything, half the price

I'll have to look around. This will give me my multicar discount back with USAA, so we will see what it comes down to. As of right now, $144 for a $102K M4 probably isnt bad. but we will see when they recognize the VIN, if that changes anything

I would say the are plays a big role but in Texas USAA has been really bad. I didn't expect things to end up that way either

I got quoted through progressive at 145$ for my insurance with a $0 windshield deductible. Progressive has been pretty good to me my insurance on my F80 was $102
I'm turning 30 in November but have a clean record and live in the suburbs

I guess Geico works different. My Comp and Collision have $1,000 deductibles because I would never file a claim for less than at least $3,000. Had to file 2 claims in last 5 years and got the other car owners insurance to pay the claim not mine. Glass has a $0 deductible and glass claims are not counted in your policy for premium increases.
