If you have the parking package I was told by my CA the drive recorder would be available via connected drive post delivery.

My additions were allowed by BMW and I am still build week 31. I’m happy!!! no more changes and fingers crossed.

I got a feeling my local dealer is jerking me around

Depends on when the dealer gets an allocation. If they dont have one immediately, you can wait for weeks or months.

I waited a little over 4 months after deposit for an allocation / production number.

When you place an order it goes into status 047 which means you don't have an allocation yet, that's likely the current status of your order. You wont receive any number associated with your order until it enters status 105 / 111 at which point your CA should have a production number for you and you can track your car via mygarage.

Put in my order early 11/21
Received allocation 4/2/22 for a 22' week 25
Went back to order received status 105
Last week I got scheduled for a 23' week 31

Fingers crossed I think we're rolling now.

Still scheduled for production. I imagine we will have updates starting Friday or Monday next week at the earliest.
