I called them and they sounded useless, I know someone at bmw willoughby but they can't do anything about the markup which is upsetting

Technically they can, they just aren’t willing to.

And yeah, not only were they useless, I honestly believe they would purposely mess with my car when it was in for service. 4 out of 4 times I brought it there something would just coincidentally go wrong quite literally that day or the next. And every time they had no explanation. Never ever going to westlake again.

Agree. Cleveland BMW was responsive and willing to negotiate a deal. Westlake - not so much.

I went to Westlake last year and they had a 2021 BSM M4 with red interior on the lot. I asked them if I could order the same interior they said "No". I repeat - they had one on the lot when they told me that. Went to Cleveland BMW and they had no problem placing the order

Yeah westlake is shady. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences there and I’ve made sure I’ve told anybody I can, too.

Car finally got loaded onto a vessel over the weekend....also doing PCD so expecting to have it back here Mid June. Definitely would love to meet up.

Well….my car is FINALLY on a boat scheduled to arrive in Baltimore port on June 12th. Hope to have the car within a week or two after that. I'm game for a meetup sometime this summer….sounds like there's several of us from the Chagrin area?

Finally scheduled my delivery at the PC on July 13th. Looking forward to another G80 running around. I have only seen one in Brooklyn Grey by me in Chagrin Falls.

Depending when that was….that might have been me. Got mine on 6/18 and I've been running around a bit. If it was earlier than that, it might have been my buddy, who has the exact same car strangely enough.

Yep, I live right over there! I'm actually in Canyon Woods (off of Bainbridge Rd), but I'm at that intersection all the time. My daughter goes to Minich Orthodontics lol….I think he's in that building. Small world.

I will try and get some up, the PCD was awesome...from the minute we landed until delivery it was great...really got to see what these cars are capable of as well which was really cool.
