Vehicles on the NOCC Atlantic

Checking to see if anyone’s G80 is on Status 195 and being shipped on the NOCC Atlantic - ETA Fremantle 3rd July and Melbourne 9th July.

Be interesting to see what specs of G80’s are on this vessel.

Found out today my G80 is on board the NOCC Atlantic!! Wondering if, after Fremantle whether it will travel on to the Port of Brisbane? My Brisbane dealer told me it's due to dock 14/07.

Specs: xDrive, Double-spoke style 826 M Black rims, Dravit Grey metallic, BMW Individual full leather trim Merino Fiona Red/Black, M carbon package (and seats!), steering wheel heating, acoustic glazing.

NOCC Atlantic arrives Fremantle, Melbourne and then Brisbane. We are fortunate that this vessel only stops at three ports.

My G80 M3 xDrive - Oxide Grey with Kyalami interior, black 826 wheels (hopefully Michelin tyres). No carbon seats as the missus had trouble getting into the loan vehicle with cf seats.

Loving your spec! I originally ordered the Frozen Grey with Kyalami Orange leather, and black wheels - not too dissimilar to yours. I'll be over the moon to get Michelins - alas I always end up getting Pirellis. Fewer stops is great - only hope they don't end up delayed, remaining on the dock for weeks - seems a bit hit and miss up here in Brisbane

Congratulations on the order. Mine was only on the Brisbane dock for the days. Lucky. I got Piellis so had to swap out before I picked it up.

Enjoy the car she is amazing.

The dealer will be able to tell you if your car is on the boat and which one. Mine took a good month between build completion and being loaded onto a boat.

Just found out mine is on the same boat as well. Can't wait!! My SA also told me they are currently experiencing a lot of port delays in Melbourne. And that it can take additional 2 weeks to get it to the dealership.

There you go, it's off the coast of South Africa (past Cape Town). You can track on your iPhone using. "Ship Info" app.

Be patient though as these auto liners only move 13-17 knots per hr. Also time moored outside a port can be lengthy before they get a berth and unload.

Just wondering for those whose cars have made it on this boat- what was your production date or build week?

Hi, my (by comparison to some) boring config of xDrive Alpine White with Black was painted during Easter and finished the following week and made it to the boat. I assume that after Fremantle it comes to Sydney where I am or are they trucked from WA or Vic? Not sure.

The ship route is Fremantle, Melb, Port Kembla, Brisbane during July.

Take those ETAs with a grain of salt. Mine is currently on board the Morning Pride which was scheduled to arrive into Brisbane on the 20th of June. It's currently sitting off the coast of Melbourne waiting to dock and has been for over a week now. Guessing it's then onto Sydney before arriving in Brisbane so at least 3 weeks behind schedule.

Totally agree. Had similar 2-3 week delay back in April. Hence my mention only of the month (July).

I've just been told mine is on the water and due in Aus mid July, sounds too good to be true though. Have asked for confirmation about the boat.

Suspect the vessel would be the NOCC Atlantic - ETA Melb 9th July

The delay could be due to the issue of stink bugs which are usually on ships coming from Europe from Sept-April (peak season). They need to be fumigated before allowed to discharge cargo. Suspect this could be one of the reasons

Seems to be more of a bottleneck at the port. There's 3 spots for vehicle carriers and they've all been occupied with plenty offshore waiting for a spot. Though it's starting to clear up a bit now.

I'm not sure what the cause was as you'd imagine they'd try coordinate better as opposed to gassing it to Melbourne only to sit off the coast for 2 weeks.
