What are you getting on an easy, level pace on a highway? MPG usually does improve after the first several thousand miles too.

Those numbers are pretty accurate to mine right now but if i really take it easy and cruise at 80mph i can get to 26-27mpg. My tank typically goes to 340-370 miles per full tank

I'm hoping on highways we'll be able to blow that number away. My F82 got 30+ MPG coasting anywhere from 65-85 MPH. City or windy country roads was a different matter for sure; 12-14 MPG.

I got as high as 35-36 mpg in my F82's; 31 mpg in my E9X's. I don't remember what I was able to achieve from my E46's. Obviously this was during freeway cruising, not aggressive driving.

This, along with many other posts in this thread is why I decided to just get a 911. The lease rates are high.

porsche is wild too, but all the time. I can't stand their pricing. Considered turbo S, couldn't justify the price so i went with another brand.

This is where I landed - my G80 is 1.3k a month with nothing down and taxes included in the monthly, as well as wheel and tire. The potholes where I live are ghastly.

There was a moment of hesitation when I went to sign because even though I can easily afford that, it's a big number. Obviously I went through with it anyway.

MSRP was 85k.

There's a lot of people who will say that those numbers are "close to an M5" or "close to an M8", and in some circumstances they're correct, but in others they are way off.

Pretending for a moment that I did have an interest in either the M5 or the M8 (which I don't, because they don't come with a stick), the only way I'd get post-tax numbers even close to what I'm paying for the M3 is with a healthy discount.

For instance: an M5 spec'd how I'd get it leaves the MSRP at 120k. Applying the same values from my M3 to that car leaves the monthly at ~1.8k a month, which is a $500 upcharge (or a 40% increase).

Applying the same logic to the cost of an M8 (MSRP of $140k) leaves a monthly of $2k, or a 53% increase.

The only way people get M3 numbers out of their M5 and M8 leases are with huge discounts. This was possible a year or so ago (and was actually pretty easy on the M8 given how the 2 door version flopped), but it's important to remember that getting 20% off MSRP is a very rare thing.

Now the logical response is to say that I should therefore just wait until I can get well below MSRP for my M3. This makes more financial sense, but it ignores an important element: I want the car now.

Waiting on my M3c to arrive at end of month. $78,045. 36/15, $3K DAS, $1157/month (before tax), no MSD's factored in yet, no loyalty or OL.

This is my first "big boy" lease, and I was hoping to keep the monthlies at or below $1K. Considering the finance option with the .9% special for 21's, even though I've been told to stay farrrrr away from financing an M3.

I have mine arriving next month. However I am in the opposite situation as I feel it makes more sense for me to finance given the rate they are able to offer paired with my $5k discount. The interest rates paid in leasing are not the same and the only way I see myself losing over a lease at the end of 3 years is in the instance of an accident causing higher depreciation.

I'm at $104,000 MSRP. Waiting to get built week 31. Wondering what my lease numbers will be.

Dravit Gray, originally KO interior, changed to Full Merino Black. CCBs, etc, everything except outside carbon, sunroof and carbon buckets. $104 was with destination, and everything.

2022 G80 build

My dealer here in Ny will give me the build at msrp with no mark up with 1000$ deposit. The car wouldn’t be available until October. Is that the norm ?

The car wont be available until October, for your dealer. There are people on here, whos 2022 xDrive/ RWD M3, have already been built, and are waiting to be shipped. I would check elsewhere. If all else fails, try a broker. They may have some allocations.

Create an account, here. https://leasehackr.com/

Then go to Forums tab. Under "Find a deal" there are 3 dropdowns, select New York, then any for price, then BMW for Model. Under "Sponsors serving your region" There are some listings for brokers, there. Who you select, is up to you. YMMV. Fish around in there, and you're sure to find something.

Aren't you playing with numbers/calcs yet? Using 102550 for cap along with 500 loyalty 10K with 57% and base MF I get 1387 before taxes...with max marked up MF you will be around 1450. Max MSDs will save you about 45.
