Finally made it to the track after installing the MSS springs. Lap is on a fully wet track about 10 minutes after it stopped pouring.

Car is on MPS4S* and these tires still performed incredibly even though by design they lose a bit of wet performance over the standard MPS4S.

Front axle grip continues to be fantastic even in the wet as far as I'm concerned and had very minimal oversteer with careful roll on the throttle out of corners.

While it was obviously much slower than on dry, I'm happy to report the MSS HAS performed excellent on this relatively bumpy track. No noticeable difference compared to stock springs and that's a good thing since the stock setup is fantastic.

For reference, here's a lap in the dry from a previous session:

Thats a lot of Concrete! Especially that fork right after the chute..Not a forgiving place for a screw up..That Ridge Motorsports track on your channel looks super fun.

Yes, Pacific Raceways is pretty scary and combine the layout and it's tight surroundings with some nasty bumps in 3 of the corners and you have a dangerous track. We have a few crashes every year and most, if not all, end up totaling the cars. I saw a Viper getting totaled right in front of my eyes and then of my buddies captured on his dash cam a Mercedes AMG GT getting totaled in front of him at turn 9 right into the concrete.
It's just not worth pushing very hard, but if you just focus on just having fun and not lap times, it's still enjoyable and the staff there is awesome.

They're in the process of fully rebuilding the surroundings and track itself but going to take about 5 years they say. They just got the state governor to come to the track and fully back it politically.

And yes, the Ridge is way smoother, open and fun!

I won't go back until my new car arrives in March. So starting April I'll be there once a month until winter
