MY23 Digital Key

Anyone with MY23 can help confirm if their vehicle comes with a Key Card and the Digital Key function ? I don't see it in MyBMW app and does not have a key card

Do you have a comp? 21/22 models only had this feature on comps.

If you do have a comp, check the sun visors and glovebox.

Mine does. You should get an email from BMW to setup the phone key. I did also get the Key Card.

Mine does. You should get an email from BMW to setup the phone key. I did also get the Key Card.

Is yours V2? Do you have to physically touch the door handle with your phone to unlock and put your phone in the tray to start your car? Or, can you just have the phone with you like the key fob?

Didn't get an email, I took delivery on Saturday. Checked glove box and visor, no where to be seen

It would be hard to believe that because this isn't a "competition" feature per say, it's a "convenience" feature. I also paid for wireless charging option and I think it didn't come with one.

The small area in the center console is just a deep pocket, no wireless charging installed

It's been covered in a few posts. It's not available with the Base M3/M4.

No idea about your wireless charging, though. Deff check with your CA.

Mine is a 50 Jahre Edition, it came with the digital key capability (touch), but no keycard.

digital key is only available on cars with an automatic transmission.

digital key plus is only available on very few specific models for now.

Guess I'll have to correct myself- found my keycard tucked away in the manual yesterday! It was just stuck in between pages near the middle, so check for that if you have digital key capability...

Look in the manual- I thought at first mine didn't come with one either, but it was stuck deep between manual pages.

Ah, could very well be the case.

I ended up selling the M3 with about 50 miles on it so I didn't look too hard. The one for my M4 was handed to me along with the regular keys.
