I’ll preface this with drag and roll racing is my focus, I don’t care about sounds or looks, that’s secondary for me.

I’m fortunate that BoostLogic is literally half a mile from me so I was able to work with them directly. Went with their catless DPs, 3” crossover pipe and full titanium exhaust.

Visually, this thing is a work of art, it’s beautiful.

Weight: it’s like 33 pounds
It weighs much less than the MAD DP/AA single mid with stock muffler I was running before

Sound:
low speed- it actually has bass to it, very unique sounding
High speed- it’s rowdy. That’s all I can really say. I turned off “pops and bangs” because it was scary loud.
No drone so far from my typical drives - I’ll get girlfriend approval later 😊

I’ll be getting some low speed videos to show the bass at low speeds.
There aren’t any bottlenecks, it’s pretty much straight through with valves open. I could see some bottlenecks with the prior setup which is why I made the move. I’ll be upgrading turbos (turbo) so I might as well get the most out of the exhaust.

Overall, very happy.

how far do those pipes hang down vs the stock muffler? they look very low in the pics.

also, on the BL site the pics seem like the valves are on the pipes leading to the mufflers rather than the open pipes. is that the case on your setup?

It looks like it mounts at the stock DP location so any catted DPs should work... I'm not sure if they offer a catted version but from the tour of their facility, I'd bet that they do. For resonated mids, I don't believe that's an option. It's hard to tell that there's an "H" pipe that works kinda like a resonator without the extra weight.

My prior setup to this was MAD Catless DPs and an AA single resonated midpipe with the stock muffler. That was almost like stock noise level when driving with valves closed. This is not exactly quiet but it's a bit louder just daily driving.

I've been doing car stuff for over 20 years and I'm too old for rattles and crappy noise... so if that's an indicator, this is about my limit for sound at my age lol

Thank you for that, will be watching what they end up fully releasing when it's said and done.

I also am in the same boat as you, I personally don't want to deal with anything that compromises sound quality and comfort.

Ya, I wanted as light as possible, as free flowing as possible and something visually appealing. Checked all 3 boxes so I knew it was going to be $$$. I’m happy with my choice so far.

I have a concern my hood has speeds bumps and if I lower the car this exhaust will definitely scrap.
