There's zero use installing it before break in, because you're trying to stay under 5,500 RPM and 106MPH. You don't need a JB4 to do that. Also, be advised, that the JB4 isnt exactly like adding a roof rack to your car. The dealership is not a JB4 fan.

I'd wait 200 miles before tuning at least to ensure nothing is wrong from the factory.

And then I had my break in, and I live about 45 minutes from the dealer, in Mexico, and there's a nice stretch of road on the way home, and she jumped to 167, fairly easily. I had to be sure they'd given me the M Drivers Package. :

Install it after your break it service. Take a road trip. It will go by fast. I went in right around 1200 miles.

I've read some people doing it around 8-900 miles but they don't want you really doing it much earlier than that. It's for the overall health of the vehicle so it's just best to wait until you get to around that mileage.
They replace the rear diff oil as well as engine oil to get rid of any contaminants produced during the manufacturing process...oil shavings..etc. After that first documented service at the dealership it's whatever you want to do. |

You can ask; they might get you in a couple of hundred miles before the 1200 mark

My dealer told me i had to do the break in service between 1180-1200 miles or the warranty is voided. Is that a load of shit?
Literally a 20 miles window. Sounds ridiculous |
