Full catback system for Europe version

Hey! Currently looking to buy a catback system for my car and i see that a lot of the equal lengths diameter is smaller than oem,doesn’t that affect the reverse flow? The turbo?

We had the Supersprint fitted and it was no issue for standard turbo.
