Project Gamma Intake Manifold pre-order
For $2k, seems like a really good deal. There doesn't seem to be any info on it though, still need injectors and a controller for port injection which I don't see as an option.
Anyone in on this yet or have info? https://shopprojectgamma.com/collect...port-injection

Amazing price there!
For a controller you’ll need a Motiv.

I DM'd and asked them for information or technical data and they said they would give it when they actually release the product. I'll bite my tongue until I see the data.

As far as cooling goes the factory plastic manifold with the smaller heatexchange core will run a-lot cooler because plastic does not retain heat like aluminum does. Of course you’ll need an aluminum manifold for higher boost levels and port injection but I would definitely not cut corners and buy a cheaper product specifically if the company doesn’t want to share any data until it’s released? But they are taking pre-orders? Doesn’t make sense. |

Correct. Not calling the product cheap but a proper manifold with integrated cooler and machining work is expensive. Specially if you use an efficient high end heat exchanger core. Size of the heat exchanger doesn’t mean it’ll be as efficient as the factory core. But again it is necessary to run a full aluminum intake manifold when running a lot of pressure

I would be cautious. I was dead set on some other Project Gamma pieces and after doing a little digging, I opted for another brand. Check some of the M5 forums. There are plenty of folks over there not too happy with the brand and some of their shady practices. Not a lot of reviews of them on here.
