Design has been finalised and next step is carbon prototype, so should be a few months for production ready.

And for those wondering about the options that we have if you have an older intake, and just need the the nearside, or drivers side, as we'd call it in the US. The parts are going to be available, for us to purchase.

When I asked about a trade in or some sort of credit, I was told to pretty much kick rocks. So, sell the whole intake, and get a new one, or just buy a new half, and then use your old half for coffee table decor.

I love the matte carbon under the hood. I may just go to all this, but, Im sure by the time I want to order, it wont be available, anymore.

CSL comes out with a new strut brace that the old intake doesn’t fit. Hey, can we get some help or a little trade in credit. Nah, but you can buy a new side for $800 and just throw the other half away, because it’s useless.

Anyone aware of who makes this carbon fiber CSL replica brace? Found it on Studio RSR's flickr of the Adro widebody car. Knew it would be only a matter of time until the aftermarket made one of these considering how expensive the OEM one is now.

Are you sure that's not just a wrap or overlay of CF on the aluminum? That shape and relatively thin section doesn't really lend itself well to great stiffness in carbon. I think the Karbonius V brace is really nice though.
