I'm wondering if there's a top mount bearing issue with these cars and the harder springs are causing slow failures given the amount of issues people are having? I'm on OEM springs at the moment and am now getting a spring bind, bmw near me said I'm not the first..
Man - I'd love to hear more about this. I've not heard of spring bind issues on OEM springs (G82).

Anyone else here this???

https://www.mlperformanceusa.com/search?q=E10-20-049

Also on sale is the all corner G80/E10-20-049-06-22 and G82/E10-20-049-01-22. Seems like a steal currently.
Worked w/ these guys before. Seems like a good outfit.

I just ordered (M4-four springs) from:

https://www.tunershop.com/eibach-spr...for-bmw-3.html

They were cheaper/have an "eibachsale" discount AND cheaper shipping. I think I got the four spring kit, shipped, for about 300$. They said it should be in stock on June 6th.

Thanks! I guess I'll see what my car comes with in terms of tires. Anyone know what they're putting on the 24?

I have front and rear kit on .y g80 now and am very happy with the results. I can't say if it rides oem because I had HAS system on before but the ride is great for standard lowering springs and great for daily use and not have to worry about scraping the front lip and doing gymnastics getting in and out of entrances to places.

Have my eibach fronts in garage already along with 15/13 spacers. Waiting til I purchase a lip spoiler and then ill go at it one afternoon and install it all at one time. “Oem+” look and I should be satisfied.

Great pic examples. Thx

Does anyone know the different between what is offered at places like AUTOID vs what Eibach USA shows on their site?

Auto ID has part# E10-20-049-06-22 vs Eibach USA as E10-20-049-10-22. Both are four spring kits but the Euro seem to drop the rear a tiny bit less at 10mm (approx. 0.40 inches) vs USA at 0.50 inches. I am not sure if this is just a conversion thing, or if these are different spring sets? They have slightly different part numbers.

How many miles on this? I have the V1 MSS HAS on my M4. It looks nice but ride is just ok. Haven’t touched the V2 fronts that were sent to me. Will be switching to a 2024 G82x and am not sure I want to fuss with HAS. If I can get close to the look of what I have currently, all the way down front and 10 mm rear, I may go with the Eibach.

I had V1 MSS HAS, and I hated the ride quality (crashing into bumps), but it looked good.

Switched to Eibach all around, rides much better (stock-like), but a bit less drop, and I'm totally fine with the drop.

That looks great! I can live with that drop. What spacers and how many miles on those springs? I should have been more truthful on the MSS. Ride sucks over bumps.

13mm spacers all around. And I have about 25,000 miles on these springs.

And yes, the MSS Ride was complete azz over bumps. I hated it. I was one of the first to get them since I have an early 2021 M4, I was literally in the first batch they ever produced. I thought maybe I simply had prototypes and they were still working out the kinks. Nevertheless, the Eibachs ride much, much better. Soaks up the bumps, no more crashing into every imperfection.

A couple of thousand miles now and it feels like oem to me. No crashing on expansion joints on overpasses and no clunking or unusual noises.i will never go back to a HAS system. It's just my experience and I am not saying it's a bad thing but the next ti.e I spend over 1k on springs, I might as well pony up and get a good set of coilovers. Now if you want the super low look, then maybe a HAS is what you need but I don't have the stomach for maneuvering over speed bumps and driveways.
