KW HAS kit lowering range for the M3?

I noticed that the official info on KW website states that the lowering range of the HAS springs for G80 M3 is:

Front: 0.6” - 1.2”
Rear: 0.4” - 1.0”

The same is also listed for the G82 M4. However, various popular vendors provide different info about the lowering range on their website.

AutoCouture:

Front: 0.4” - 1.0”
Rear: 0.2” - 1.0”

European Auto Source:

Front: 0.4” - 1.2”
Rear: 0.2” - 0.8”

IND-Distribution:

Front: 0.4” - 1.0”
Rear: 0.2” - 0.8”

PSI:

Front: 0.4” - 1.0”
Rear: 0.2” - 1.0”

R44:

Front: 0.4” - 1.0”
Rear: 0.2” - 1.0”

RG Sport:

Front: 0.6” - 1.2”
Rear: 0.2” - 0.8”

VividRacing:

Front: 0.4” - 1.0”
Rear: 0.2” - 0.8”

Can anyone please clarify what is the accurate lowering range info for the G80 M3?

Always go with what the manufacturers claim. The info may have been updated some time ago without notice, if anything you have a pretty strong average what was shown on the KW site.

The differences you're describing are relatively small, rarely people will bottom out the suspension to max drop.

I ask because a lot of the times members will post pictures of their drops with KW HAS kit and will say it's max drop in the front and 3/4 in the rear, for example. It helps to know if max drop front is 1" or 1.2" and if 3/4 in the rear is from 1" or 0.8".
It kinda gets confusing when there is different info out there. Plus I see this discrepancy only with the KW HAS kit. I've noticed it for at least 1 year btw.

Think of it by numbers, you'll see more activity with the KW systems since it's the most popular of the kits.

Most likely the info has changed/been updated over time on the KW site compared to when it first appeared on vendor's websites.
