My ship should be hitting Freeport Texas tomorrow. Then through the Panama Canal. The closer the harder the wait. I’m still worried about rock chips on my 300 mile drive home!

You can ask the dealer to leave the transport wrap on the hood and roof. I’ve had multiple cars delivered like this and then I take them right to the detailer for PPF.

I bought a roll of track wrap. I’m hoping this should work to cover most the car. And fortunately the roads in Southern California are great. So I’m assuming things should be ok if I wrap it well

Anyone have mods sitting in the garage for their arrival? I already have a CF grille & air inlets, along with spacers & springs, and some other little cosmetic swap outs. Wanted to see if anyone is as impatient as myself 😂

I have an m-performance gas cap sitting in my garage..

My car just arrived at the port in Oxnard. Now I’m on the home stretch. Have been trying to get a hold of my SA for a few weeks but he always seems to be out. Hopefully they don’t sell my car and forget about me

Yeah I was on the same boat. Totally excited! As for my CA, always returned my call, even when he was out of the country.

Called the genius today. Said car arrived at VPC on the 26th and it’s expected to leave on the 2nd. Seems like a very long turn around time. Hoping it’s shorter than that and I can pick up this week. As it gets closer to pick up day it feels even farther away. Very inexplicable but was easier to be patient earlier on!

Haha it was the first thing i added, lol simple change but felt like its needed to break up that empty black space. Takes 2 mins to swap out

My CS is in Oxnard, called BMW Genius this morning and the rep told me it’s scheduled to be released on 2/1.
