826M wheel. How do they hold up?

In the process of waiting for my g80, question for everyone with the 826m wheels. How do they hold up. I live in the Northeast so roads suck but never had issues with all my other cars except the c43. Those wheels were paper thin. Wondering how the 826m holds up on daily driving.

They're forged so they should hold up quite well.

I've had two sets on my car and live in Richmond VA and although my roads are not as horrible as your area, we have some rough patches on 95 and 295. They held up great but if you are anal about your wheels having scratches and pitting, they will drive you crazy keeping them nice. My first and last set of black rims I will ever own and I switched out for some other wheels. Also cleaning them were a love hate relationship so if it's a daily driver, get different pads unless you order CCB's.

Won’t be daily but often. New pads are already on my list along with ceramic coating wheels.

My dealer told me these rims a forged and crack really easily when going over potholes... you should really buy this $2000 rim/tire warranty from us

If it helps, my son drives a 2020 C43 in NY and has had a hell of a time, especially in the first 3,000 miles before he finally ditched the run flats. That said, he still had a rim crack on one of Long Island's famous potholes. My G82 has spent about 700 miles up there and not had any issues.

These are obviously small data points of comparison, but hopefully it sheds a bit of light.

13,000 miles, no issues. Other than being a bitch to clean.
