For the more in-depth stuff that's not all related to just driving, I do like Mat Watson from Carwow.

Totally aggree, i like Mat's reviews! Of course he doesn't go deep down to the technical details of a car like other's but overall he present's the cars very well and points out some important stuff for average car drivers (not trackies...).

p.s. and i'm totally with him regarding the GR Yaris, that small banger is awesome !

I just want to see someone re-hash all the ID7 and other similar quirks and features common for every other modern BMW.

That was an excellent recap of the last 8 months of vitriol. They have a release date, they are adhering to it. There are no conspiracies abound. It's just marketing BS lol.

You maximize anticipation for the launch by holding reviews until the car Is available...if you come out with reviews months early no matter how good people lose interest. Also all the driving impressions I've seen talk about a big upgrade in front end grip so I would be shocked if the g80 doesn't lap considerably faster.

LoL, though unlikely, it'll be a major setback to all of us here on this forum.

Thankfully I haven't ordered my G80 yet, so I'll probably switch to the other plan I had which is building (or buying an almost ready) street legal & track prepped turbo Exocet as a fun project car and then trade-in my F30 for a nice sedan or hatch that's fun to daily but still half the price on the G80.

Pick mine up at 0001 hrs March 9th. Then 1000 mile road trip, with 1200 mile service on the 16 of March.

Trip from Virginia to Spartanburg to Charleston S.C and back to Virginia.

More like the difference between the G80 and the F80 is so minimal that pickup your used F80 over this for the first few years.

I think he said the same thing when he reviewed the M2 comp.. pickup a new M2 comp or an f80 m3, he might have picked the m2 comp, not sure.
