Those are the M5/8 M-Performance wheel offerings. So far, I've only seen these in frozen gunmetal grey and with the gaudy yellow accents colour schemes in G8X sizes.

513m wheels were underrated. Semi looking for a set now.

The base wheel looks pretty good in both colors.

The competition wheel is too busy like the 666m for me. I would ask for the base wheels or the 963m m performance wheels.

The non painted m performance 963m wheel looks great, hopefully it's priced reasonable. Reminds me of the FI-R, which I think I still prefer, but something feels wrong about rolling around on 8k in wheels.

The true "base" wheel is only available in one colour

I agree, it’s the best looking wheel of all offered for the F8X but it’s not very progressive and exciting. The handsome looks is mainly due to the classic style, the relative to the rim larger tire wall contributes to this as well. Underrated choice for sure, I wish I had gone with it.

It's good to see new interesting wheel designs, I like the M performance wheels with yellow accents. If money was no object probably best to have CCB as well since those wheels doesn't look easy to clean.

Do we know if the yellow accent wheels will actually be offered? It sounded like it might just been a marketing excercise with M Town to show case all the places where the wheels had been milled/hollowed out for lightness.

They did not even show the true "base" wheel in this video, which is only available in one colour
I guess whatever we would call the default wheel for the non comp.

It doesn’t sound promising for the 18/19 wheel that they emphasize the 19/20 comp. wheel as lightweight and offering best performance. Sounds like the 18/19 is a very heavy design.

I guess everyone will have a different opinion on that matter. For my part, I find the F8X wheels in general were some of the better ones offered on an ///M car, with a classic and elegant design paired with a lightweight and stiff construction. The 18" were very motorsport like, almost reminiscent of Porsche GT cars. That until they released the gaudy 666M heavy boat anchors on the GTS and CP. A least they redeemed themeselves with 763M, which I find to be one of the best OE BMW wheel offering in a long time.

I find the G8X wheel design to look too "busy", but I guess it fits with the new G8X design language. I am eager to find out how much they weigh.
763M, which we both currently have on our Cs's, is a stolen design. Those are BBS wheels with a BMW cap.

The words "subtle" and "wheels" don't believe in the same sentence when discussing an M3, not to me at least my man.

I couldn't cringe any harder at the highlighter yellow wheels. I thought the M-Performance wheels looked nice until I saw the holes in the spokes.

763M and the GT4 wheels still look the prettiest IMO.
Each one in the series is like this.

No doubt controversial on purpose to appeal to the yoof

The 18"/19" 824M wheel is the base wheel and was only quickly flashed in the video. They did not put much emphasis on it.

No disputing that, but it changes nothing to my view.

Same applies to the new 963M wheels for the G8X. BMW and ///M have used "BBS style" wheels forever. There's a reason for that: it is a very efficient and elegant design.

Just order the cheapest ones available, then put some bad ass aftermarket wheels on. Suspension and wheels is always my first mod

"Design study of 963M. Not for sale".

So looks like no highlighter wheel after all!

The 963M looks like the best wheel, but I am not a fan of the holes in the spokes and definitely wouldn't want to have to clean them!!
