Love both that exterior green and interior "orange," but I'm not sure I love them together. I think I would have preferred the old SO / red from the f80 with the apparently high quality fit and finish displayed here.

I think a Tartufo interior would look better but we don't have that option yet. if this is the only brownish color we have, that's what I'm going with.

Still have yet to see IoMG in person, but very much looking forward to it. Like purple, I think green is such an underrated color for cars, and something you don't see everyday.

The red has the shadowline lights. The white does not. The shadowline replaces the chrome "eyebrow" with a black inlay.
Here's a better reference of that same white g80 without shadowline lights. |

BMW did not separate the F30 and F80 residuals the way they separate 3 series/M3 and 5 series/M5 now. I don't believe incentives were that different. Either way, there were 64 percent residuals available for F80/F30 cars during the 2015 model year (first year production). I'm sure discounting wasn't attractive when the car was first released but the residuals certainly were during its first year of production. You could find some crazy deals on the 2018 M3 CS as a result of discounting. However, leasing actually got less attractive from a residual standpoint from 2015 to 2018.

I negotiate for a living so let's assume I am getting good pricing. I had 2 F80's but was quoted frequently as I was trying to jump out of my non-ZCP. Year 1 they were in the $1,000 to $1,150 range on a true zero down lease. Year 2, they fell about $100 bucks. Year 3, they fell another $100 bucks and you could routinely be quoted in the high $800's. That's what I'm suggesting MAY happen here.
