Carbon Ceramic Brakes?

Did anyone else opt for these? This is the option bringing my build close to 90k . The primary reason I ordered is to minimize brake dust accumulation. ON my F80 it was quite an eye sore to see the amount of brake dust making my 426 wheels look brown and ugly less than a week after cleaning. I even had the wheels ceramic coated and still was a slight pain to clean. Normally I drive 120 miles a week. I am looking forward to the performance upgrade. What's y'alls thoughts on the CCBs.

Garage List
My take:

CCB Pros
  • Reduced unsprung mass
  • Will likely outlive the car if not driven on track
  • Less brake dust
  • They look nice
  • Improved brake feel (when dry)
  • Better fade resistance than iron rotors with stock pads

CCB Cons
  • Expensive to purchase
  • Do not provide shorter braking distance than stock irons (prior fade)
  • Do not offer better fade resistance than irons with track pads
  • Will wear just as fast as irons with track use
  • Very expensive to replace (see previous point)
  • Are more fragile to manipulate (see previous point)
  • Can be more noisy
  • Offer less initial bite when wet
