BMW CCA MX1 Enthusiast Weekend!

Anyone headed to Greenville next month for MX1?

Plenty of social and driving activities throughout the extended weekend at the BMW CCA Headquarters, BMW CCA Foundation, and the BMW Performance Center. I can't wait for M Chapter Day to drive the new G80 M3/G82 M4 that Sunday!

There are also several caravans from different parts of the country to head to Greenville, check it out! CARAVAN

It is a 3 day drive each way from Seattle. Pretty far away.

Why not have something at The Ridge Motorsport Track? Close for most of Washington and Oregon folks.

3 day drive in an Isetta?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a PNW regional governor, and if anyone is interested, I can assist with any questions. However, we are beginning to look at other regional events for 2021/22, so The Ridge is a good option.

I am going pseto!! Planning on driving on Friday (4/9) at the BMW Performance Center for the all-day X Chapter Track Day (I'm a member of both the X and the M chapters, but couldn't decide fast enough to get into Sunday's M Chapter Track day...)

I would join the Midwest caravan (probably in Indianapolis, as I'm coming from Des Moines), but I need to be down there a day earlier (4/8).

If anyone is interested in caravanning on 4/8, I am interested!

Looking forward to a fun weekend. Maybe we can organize a Bimmerpost drive on Saturday or Sunday morning?

I know there are also still spots open for Friday's (4/9) X Chapter Track Day at the BMW Performance Center. Registration link below...They opened this up to any BMWCCA member. It runs 9am to 4 pm and I believe the cost is $677/person.

Paul, any thoughts on whether or not anyone will organize any informal drives? (A drive up through the Pigsah forest or up on the Blue Ridge Parkway late Saturday afternoon or evening sounds like some added fun to me!)

It's possible some informal drives may come about. Since I get in Thur, I may check into some routes on Fri since that's the only free time I'll have.

Someone from the CCA might still have the drive they had during O'Fest 2019 in Greenville. They passed out printed directions but I'm thinking there may have been a digital version as well.
