Oh, that's sneaky. Recall that a few months back, we learned BMW intends to discontinue the use of the M Performance Vehicle branding and instead will just refer to every M-touched product using the same "M vehicle" vernacular.

I'm not saying you've nailed it. But, it's possible that that's what this is. It might make more sense than BMW NA having access to a product not yet even in series production yet.

Yes, but to my knowledge it has not yet been shown off in person in the US yet. And it won’t arrive in dealerships for another couple months.

Closed room, no cameras definitely means something that has not been officially shown to the public and the cars known to be on the way that fit that are

The timing with the official presser for the M3/M4 expected to come late September maybe only a day or so after the event makes it that much more likely.

I suspect it will be a bright colored M4 (yellow?) or if two cars, add a black or conservative color M3. 70% chance that one of the cars is a manual.

If it's 2 cars, .......pretty certain it will be the IoM green and Sau Paulo yellow previously teased and shown on here.

As posted previously, the invite is at the singular: "the newest addition" and not the plural, which leads me to believe only one car will be shown.
