Child seat protector

Does anyone have a child seat in the back?

Do you guys use these?

does it work with the g80 m3?

We do use a car seat mat which goes under and behind the car seat and they do serve their purpose IMO. I wasn’t aware BMW made their own though, wow. The one we use is just a basic one off of Amazon. I do like the idea of the seat back protector to keep the kiddo was kicking and scraping the back of the seat though. I’ll probably purchase that now as well.

I just used a blanket to protect the seat that the car seat is sitting on...

As for the seat back protector, I always asked my kid to take off her shoes

I use one from Amazon that comes with a cover for the back of the front seat as well. You're probably still going to leave permanent marks in the seats if the car seats are tightened as they should be but i guess it helps a bit.

I've used these in all my cars, but I didn't know BMW made on! They work all work fairly well though, but you will get some kind of indentation over time regardless, simply because of how tight the seats need to be. I used them in my F30 and F80 and the indentations get better after awhile once you remove the seat.

These look much more structured than what I used last time around(first marriage, kids are now 15 & 11) have 2yr old twins now. So as soon as they are forward facing. They are going for rides in the M!

I didn't realize a cover for the back of the front sear would fit on these seats since the headrest design is so different. Definitely need that... even if I do have my daughter take off her shoes, the process of getting in/out of the car leaves shoe marks on the back of the front seats.

These are very similar to what we used ~15 years ago. We did not find the back portion useful, but the bottom was awesome.
