I just ordered a MY23 M3 from a dealership in PA at MSRP. I'm #2 on the waitlist for an allocation, which beats anything I could find locally. My CA told me to expect the build to go in in 1-2 months. PM me if you want details.

I placed the deposit with BMW Bayside and also called BMW Rallye, they both sell at MSRP.

Rally told me 10k ADM on M cars and I am a repeat customer who uses their service too. I ended up ordering from a CT dealer who was selling for MSRP.

Please look around and don’t pay markup. I bought mine from Daniels BMW in eastern PA. I paid MSRP with no strings attached. Yeah I waited nearly 8 months but I’d rather wait then pay a markup.

I was going to say I had almost no success with NY dealers, i did all my deposits at MSRP with NJ dealers

They are offering the 10% off military discount in Europe again. I was told last year when it went to 5% that 10% wouldn't be back for the foreseeable future because of supply shortages. Here we are, just one year later and the 10% is back on the M3. That should tell you something.
