Bought some Japanese peanuts and had some last night and a piece of one got caught under a tooth and has been hurting all night.

This morning I bought a 'dentist helper kit' and dug that sonofabitch out. It bled like hell but now I feel so much relief. Thought I was going to have to go to the dentist.

I run a clinic that serves a lot of homeless people. We’re short staffed today due to an ice storm. I’m not needed to see patients, so I’m working lobby security, handing out coffee, and giving folks who need it gloves, coats, hats, and socks. Best day ever.

Haha, I had something similar when I was a kid, thought part of a cashew or something got stuck within the gum line, but the dang thing was part of my tooth. The human body is weird

Not sure if today is a good day or not, yet. We’ll find out on my next visit to my cardiologist. I’ve been getting some strange and unusual heartbeats for the past few weeks, some feel like little tremors, and I’m currently wearing a 24 hour heart monitor. Will turn it in tomorrow. It’ll be interesting to hear what my doctor has to say.

Other than getting up once to go to the bathroom, had a my first night's good sleep in a while. Recovering from a lingering back injury that makes sleeping a little difficult.
