What accessories did you buy for your car before it arrived?

I had the other M plate frame for the past few years, but decided for the new car I needed a new plate frame and always kind of wanted this one, so I ordered it off Amazon. I pictured it being basic plastic, but was surprised that it seems to be a high quality metal.

On my F82 I had a ton of CF parts sitting in my living room before the car arrived. I'm going to try and control myself this this one and wait til I get it back from my PCD.

I am planning on getting the M driving gloves, the BMW advanced car eye cameras, the all weather floor mats and the carbon license plate holder. Hopefully I dont add to this list any further.

How much different/better are the Advanced Eye compared to the Drive Recorder that's already included stock? I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the Drive Recorder before I plan for an additional dash cam.

I'm going to order painted reflectors from IND (hopefully they offer the rear ones too soon), door projectors, IND painted side markers, either a BMW Slim CF plate frame or the IND body matched on then maybe the M Perf steering wheel. I also might get a set of Frozen gold wheels.

I currently have the following on order with IND. Now I'm just awaiting word if my individual color request gets approved by BMW or if I'll end up with SPY after all.

- Painted front reflectors
- Painted license plate frame
- Painted side vents
- Gloss black roundels
- Gloss black floating center caps
- Blackline red fuel cap cover

I'll also likely have all weather floor mats before the car arrives as well as maybe a few other items like the door projectors, sunshade, etc.

The main reason for me getting the advanced eye is because it works while parked. I don't think the drive recorder works while parked, you have to hit a button while in the car and it will record on demand or if it detects an accident while you are driving. I don't want someone hitting the car while parked and driving away.

Please post updates if anyone has found a quality front splitter or some secondary downpipes.

Will they color match a custom color?

Yes. I believe they are able to color match pretty much any color available through BMW whether standard or via the individual program.

Correct, we can color match most colors. If not then one can send in their gas door for us to color match the reflectors to.

any plans for more G80 parts like body colored rear reflectors?
