Individual Color Owners: Does the actual color on the car appear on the dash?

See pic below. I am wondering if my Fire Orange car will display a random color or the actual color. Can anyone with an individual color confirm?

When I test drove a Frozen Dark Grey M3 I believe it was the correct color but I was busy talking with the dealer rep so I can't be 100% sure.

Does not appear on Individual 2021 M5s.

Seriously doubt they'd bother with it.

Yes. I have a frozen dark grey G80, and it's the correct colour.

Fire orange is going to be great, is there a list of approved individual colors?

Yes. I've heard it does. I believe it may also show the correct wheels as well.

Not to my knowledge but there are plenty of "official color" threads on here, ie, fire orange, that indicate what's been approved thus far.

That was a color they offered. They developed it for this car. It's not an individual color in the same sense as Signal Green, Fire orange, etc.

Still cool they took the time to put it on the dash and it's an amazing color.

It doesn't show up on the BMW NA website (the car appears to be a Brooklyn grey) when you order individual colors. They certainly could have done it as they have the images from the individual color configurator.
