you are so biased that you even like active sound and compare it with previous generation, you like it even more. I don't know should I consider your review serious or over biased.

Happy to hear that the chassis is properly sorted. Frankly, I couldn't care less about the front of the car if it drives well. With a more linear powerband, better steering feel, and better sorted suspension than the F80, the car's a winner. I always thought the F80 needed some more fine-tuning in the chassis department (unless it was the comp pack/CS). Plus, the S58 definitely sounds better than the S55!!

What kind of track day review doesn't have a hint of lap times? You could be going on a Sunday cruise pace and give an opinion that has no validity to it lol
At least let us know what you are capable of doing in your F80 lap time wise for some sort of reference. Without any perspective or context, this is like the kid who just got his car and says "it handles on rails bro"

No, I don't subscribe to the notion that Active Sound is always, automatically bad. Some people act like its a badge of honor to remove it or talk negatively about it but that is not me, nor is it most people. In fact, I removed it on one of my F80s but then turned it back on because I felt like something was missing. Friends have done the same. The realty is most modern performance cars have some form of "fake" sound and in another generation, most won't even have internal combustion engines, yet ALL will have some form of Active Sound. I suppose you'll still be one of the ones shaking your first then but in the meantime, a dose of reality wouldn't hurt.

That being said, isn't g80 almost 4000 pounds? What is your level of skill that you can say that the tail end is progressive or to even be on track? What are your lap times at other tracks with your previous cars? Context would be great.
