Any updates or pricing on MP HAS (M Performance Height Adjustable Springs)?

I'm quoting this from another closed thread but haven't seen any updates/pricing or even other members being able to order MP-HAS on the G80/G82:

Quote:
The M Performance sports suspension was developed and tuned on various different racetracks and is also directly associated with motor racing. The coilover suspension permits an infinitely variable reduction of ride height of between five and twenty millimetres (recommended lowering -10 mm vs. the M base model). With unchanged damper adjustment, the driver benefits from a lower centre of gravity, reduced rolling movement and even higher cornering speeds. In addition to increased dynamics, lowering also enhances the sporty looks.
Bonus points for photos of a G80 with 19s/20s with MP-HAS set to lowest ride height

I can't look up that part # anywhere. Hmm. In any case, I'm in the same boat. Want some springs asap.

On F8X MPHAS was very worthwhile IMO, no doubt G8X will be the same! KW manufactured the F8X version, so I assume MPHAS should deploy around the same time as KW’s HAS if they are still the manufacturer. Assuming the suspension hasn’t changed in its fundamental components (which it doesn’t look to have), it should be something that you can tackle as a DIY

Were they priced similarly for the F8X?

If I remember correctly KW was around $900 and MP HAS was around $1,300 (although I paid $1,100 on sale for mine). So about $400 more for the MP version on F8X; probably a similar price differential when they’re released for G8X. From what I have read from others, the KW is stiffer whereas MPHAS maintained the OE ride comfort (which is the case on mine)

Got it! Thanks bro. I'll go the cheaper route with KW if that ends up replicating itself with the G8X.

I just saw another G8X out in the wild while dropping uniforms off at the cleaners.

Even though there is a part# for the MP version, its not readily accessible/available as Ive found out. KW Germany said 4-6 weeks so I think thats my best approach.

Dropped? Can't tell since the front wheel is turned lol

Love that color - low key wouldn't mind trying it if I ever Autoflex my car. Currently being torn apart trying to decide if I want to stay MGM or not

I think he stated he was dropping off stuff not that the G80 was dropped.

It was stock height. The owner said he was awaiting the release of the HAS kits, but was working on down pipes for the car. Apparently he runs a tuner shop.

Last time i checked the MP Kit failed the BMW durability tests. I wouldnt hold my breath for this. Could take a few more months for it to come out. If not longer.

I am next up for an allocation at my dealer on an X-drive M3 (which I plan on going for an Individual color) and I was hoping to have the MP HAS + spacers installed prior to delivery. Hope these can see the light of day before fall.
