Canada get frozen dark grey; which I'm hoping to order as individual in the US. I don't know of any that have been ordered yet though.

I have one ordered, I'm Canadian & live in Missouri. I pick it up end of April / Early March.

There is a picture of one at PDC East on the dedicated color thread so I assume you can get it in the US under the individual program.

Everyone: I’m from Canada, too, and I can say March comes before April in Canada just like it does in the USA.
