That's very good news, and it could have a lot of folks whose cars haven't yet gone into production rethinking their color choices.

For the M3/M4, it seems I cannot order Fiona Red/Black with the CF Seats.

But they seem to come in wonderful colors on the M5 CS and this M8 GC Edition Pitlane

From what we've seen in the past, individual interiors generally cost between $1500-2000 extra, whether it be extended or full leather.

I printed this out and took it to my dealer to show to my CA, and he said this makes it official that the individual colors can now be ordered in the US even though they have not yet been added to the configurator. We went in to the sales manager's office to show it to him, and he agreed that he could now order the individual colors. Not only that, but he has an allocation with a production number for me, and the only thing that remains is to fill out the order and give them the deposit. Looks like I am going to be the first kid on my block after all. M4 Comp with IOMG and Full Merino Leather Tartufo.

No, not for me. I am no longer agile enough to ingress and egress comfortably, and without subjecting the drivers side bolster to lots of rubbing. This will be my daily driver as well as my track car. Also I occasionally have female passengers who I know would be less than pleased with the bucket seats. They sure are tempting but... Ahh...if only I and my lady friends were quite a few years younger.

Does anyone know if the Fiona Red (or whichever individual color) interior would mean entirely red seats as opposed to the red-center, black edge seats as seen in the X3M, etc. I really don't like those two-tone and would want to make sure the entire seat is red.

Actually, according to the link in the first post, its red seats with a black center. I can get with that!

BMW Germany has it in the configurator but it looks like a very faint red/brown on the site. If you search the x3 Fiona red you can get a better feel for the actual color

Update: The order was put in this morning, and has been accepted for production by the factory. Checking my production # reveals that it has been scheduled for production, and the details of the build are exactly as ordered. I am posting this to confirm that the Individual Interior Colors are now available for order in the US. Also, I was not charged a premium for Individual, just the same price as for the Launch Colors. As for Individual Color availability on the Carbon Buckets, I don't know. We all know that they are making them because we have seen pictures of them. However the BMW USA option list does not specifically include them, so there is no definitive answer at this time.
