Well, Genius says the last update they show is my car arriving at port on May 9. They recommended I contact my CA to see if they have any other details. I'm guessing this likely means my car is actually on a train today. I guess if it flips back to "in port" soon that will confirm it.

On one hand, I'm grateful BMW is at least semi-transparent about this process. On the other, I'm bewildered that their own systems are out of sync with one another, and that the corporate answer is to check with a franchise owner because their systems may be different.

My CA -- who I'm getting the impression is keen on doing the least work possible -- simply responded that my car's in port waiting for a ship. So, I'm guessing he's seeing the same thing Genius is.

I'm willing to bet that I'm on a train and that I flip back to "In Port" within the next 24 hours... hopefully in time to catch Don Carlos.

I did not see the actual "195" it did show in-transit and a few days flipped back to port. Your situation could be different though. He doesn't know what ship you're on?

he does not but he also said it didn't ship then sent me a screenshot showing 195 so who knows. guess we will see in a few days

so just called genius they said they see i got to port 5/18 and am waiting on a ship, but she's also seeing 195 status and said it may take 24-48 hrs to update on their end showing the actual ship (if it did make it on one).
