MHD or Bootmod for FBO Car on 93 Octane?

Hi All,

My goal is 600whp on 93 octane (stock turbos, stock drivetrain) with the MAD fatboy catless downpipes, MAD single midpipe, BMC drop-in filters, and XHP stage 3 flash. My car is a '24 x-Drive Competition.

Is there any notable difference between MHD and Bootmod for tuning? Is one preferred for running just pump gas? Any input would be appreciated. I'm being advised to go with MHD from the local shop I work with, but up until this point, I thought Bootmod was doing a lot of awesome things with their CustomROM features.

Thanks!

I prefer bootmod3; their off-the-shelf maps tend to push more power on all platforms, and they also have better support than MHD.

I prefer BM3. It’s so easy, and I can go re-tweak all the little options whenever I feel like. Get a WiFi dongle and you can flash from your phone!

I went with Euro Performance Center, they hand delivered the DME to FEMTO. I am scheduled for custom tuning on Tuesday with GTP Motorsports and I’ll be getting all of my go fast parts installed the same day.

If you are curious, I can send you some videos of the dyno day as well as some draggy runs. I am expecting to make around 700+ awhp on e40 though.
