wondering if anyone from the phx area has their 'go-to' gas station for the best gas. Any 93 octane around? I've seen a few pumps that do 100 but would rather not have to octane match if there's some 93 pump around here.

I've lived here a long time and it is pretty rare, to almost impossible, to find 93 gas in this state.

I just always stick to the brands that are rated as top tier, with Shell being my usual go to.

Honestly, I go to Costco almost all the time for gas. Never had a single issue with any of my cars.

I either go to Costco or the gas station attached to the Fry's by my house. My truck gets 85 but my LC500 and G70 both required premium and the 91 they seems to be totally fine.

thanks for the replies, guys. yeah 91 should be fine from what i'm reading. I was interested becuase I heard that under extreme high heat, the car can lose some boost if not using 93 octane. Seeing as how we live in a very hot area it got me thinking. Maybe if i'm feeling frisky i'll just go to one of those race fuel pumps around town and make an octane mix tank of gas.

If you want higher octane mix in some ethanol. Our cars can do up to around E30 on stock fueling. Most of the stations in the valley have Flex fuel which is usually 52-54%, and when you mix 50-50 with 91 pump will yield an E30 mix.
