Cigarette Lighter Issue

Hey guys! I'm not sure if there was a post abt this already, but my cigarette lighter stopped working. I had my valentine plugged in and I unplugged it then plugged it back in and it didn't work anymore. Anyone experience the same?

There was a replacement for mine back in April when I bought it. Would think by now they would have implemented the fix. A thread on it started by me back then.
