Let's go week 48! Just got mine confirmed! My first ever where I ordered to how I wanted it. Previously I had a 98 M Roadster, 2000 M5 and 2004 M3. All special but think this will be spectacular!

My Dealer told me that week 48 cars are only going to get delivered Feb/March IF YOU HAVE CARBON BUCKETS. Due to the shortage.

Is anyone else able to confirm this?

If you are week 48 you are week 48 and would be delivered with all the other week 48s. If there is a shortage of a part I think you get bumped to a diff week until that shortage is done or you do t get scheduled at all. So bottom line is I think if Genius says you are 48 you are 48. Anyone else think this is accurate?

What up week 48 dudes? Brooklyn Grey - Tartufo 6MT over here. I was originally week 48 but was told I got bumped up to week 47. I feel like pushing back or up has something to do with certain part availability or if you have a relatively vanilla build (like mine).

Call BMW Genius 1-844-443-6487 with your production number to check on production status and they can give you projected build week.

That's a pretty build zipsjr! Since I'm on the West coast I believe it takes a little longer for transit. I'm thinking end of January to sometime in February if I am luck. Anyone else have an opinion on that?

It will be a little longer. The first stop for west coast boat delivers is Port Hueneme in CA. I believe most, if not all, of the west coast deliveries will be from there, then it'll be on a truck to the dealer.

It's an extra week or so of boat transit from east coast deliveries to west coast (Baltimore, Brunswick, Galveston, then through the Panama Canal to Port Hueneme)

Ok. So here are the only mod's I have planned now. Exhaust stuff and intake will be done after the 1200 break in.

MAD midpipe (non resonated since I will not being doing any downpipe or other exhaust mods)
