Didn't see any threads started for Build Week 43 so I thought I would start one! Im on the east coast so hopefully it doesn't take long to build and deliver!

7/29/23 - Allocation received/production number: - 112 - Scheduled for Production - Week 36
7/31/23 - Picked Individual Color
8/11/23 - IC approved - Back to status 102 - Order Received
8/18/23 - Currently in 102 - Order Received
8/29/23 - Called Genius and the said I am now Week 43 - still status 111

My dealer told me I'm week 43, but I'm not seeing status or week in my garage. Am I missing something?

Call the Genius line - they'll tell you the week. The dealer has this information in their system already. The BW is not shown on MG.

Thanks, there's no numbered status like in the post above, where is that visible? I called genius and the automated prompt referred me to the web so I assumed maybe they weren't doing the status info over the phone anymore. I assume if I ask to talk someone they can give me the info?

Yep. Get someone on the phone and they'll look up the status and week for you. The BMW Chrome extension is how you see the status above.

I actually got the information from an extension called BMW MyGarage Trick on google chrome

Thanks all, I appreciate the help! I just heard that I got moved up to week 42, but I'm going to hang here and hope it moves back. I hope the car comes in February as I really don't want to drive it in the winter here in NY and I don't feel like parking it for months either. Updated the config a little back so here is the final version (I think)

I am either 42 or 43, no definite answer yet. My dealer just called and said BMW switched it to week 49, so they called and complained and got it switched back. Right now I am just "order received".

Much better than Lotus! Had a deposit with them order for the new Emira for about 2 years and finally canceled after a test drive. If I had continued to wait, it would be almost 3.5 years before I would have gotten a car (if they arrive Spring of '24!)

6 speed base, Skyscraper, KO carbon buckets 826M bi-color

Wish the AWD comp package was available with a manual.

You are correct lol. Not sure why it says metallic on the build sheet but it also says 312 which should be "uni" per the BMW Individual builder.

Don't believe theres a british racing green metallic offered, is there?

I think there is, but its for the Mini and doesn't look good, IMO. They have a few british green colors, but 312 is the right paint code, my week 43 is also BRG, but it's a G82 Can't wait

You're right - the mini BRG is awful lol. I'll send an e-mail to my dealership and see if the fact the "name" matters or if its the "312" that matters. Good catch and thank you!

Unfortunately you’ll most likely be looking late December or early January since you’re California. Usually is over 20+ days for ship travel there.

But week 43 is 10/22 to 10/28. So you think it'll take 60 days to arrive once built?

On average it’s 6-8 weeks for delivery on East Coast after productions been complete. West Coast usually is seeing around 10 weeks.
