Hello,
I have CS coding for my G80 M3C a few months ago. Did everything except the suspension as I had KW V3. 90% of the time I like it, it was fun during high spirited driving. But for the 10%, quite often can be jerky, like after slowing down then start going again, can be jerky. So just wondering if there is like an updated version for this coding? |

If not you have an issue, as I have no jerkiness whatsoever other than mode 3. Which smooths out when you get on it hard. |

Yes, this is true. In the fastest shift mode, if you're not decently into the throttle, it can be clunky, but it's very smooth and quick if you're ~30% throttle or more.

Frankly, its just the auto mode 1, again, its just sometimes like when starting moving, can be a bit jerky. Its just a minor irritation.

I've driven in auto 2, or even 3, with engine sports plus, and its fantastic. Still a bit jerky like when slowing down, then pressing the gas again, but in this situation, the jerkiness is even less.

Just had the car coded this morning thanks to Kuba / Bimmer Remote and was a great process. Had full anti-dazzle and CS suite added.
Initial impressions are great, especially the transmission software. Can't find any downside and is an improvement over stock in every way. Far more responsive, downshifts are snappy, no more lag between upshifts, and significantly quicker shifts in general. Have not experienced any jerkiness yet and comfort / sport are smoother than stock. Steering I'm going to spend more time with before making a call but there is definitely more weight, the best initial improvement is the steering actually returns to center which feels more natural. Sport+ steering (in M2) is quite heavy, almost too heavy. Might keep it in comfort across all presets. Suspension seems ever so slightly more firm across all presets, but need more time to evaluate. Also can't wait to experience anti-dazzle tonight.

Only had a chance to drive at night once so far, but it's very cool. I'm in an urban area so haven't seen it's full capability in darker roads but the way they dance and illuminate all kinds of areas without other cars is amazing.
Will report back as I get more time but well worth having someone like Kuba to have the full anti-dazzle added.

I have the lights in Auto High Beam. The high beam stays on all the time when the cars are on coming it’s kind of interesting but I never get flashed by other drivers. But what’s also interesting is that when I will be the only car high beam is actually off. It’s basically opposite of how they behaved before coding. Is that what u guys observed ? |

The high beams are definitely on more with anti dazzle programmed. The most obvious example of the coding in action is with on-coming traffic. With anti dazzle your high beams stay on but a portion of the driver’s side headlight will dim to not blind the oncoming driver. It does a similar adjustment when you’re getting close to cars in front of you. If there’s a car on just one side it’ll dim the headlight on that side. If the cars in front and not on either side it dims the inner section of both headlights creating a tunnel effect. |

This is a decent video showing the functionality, it looks even more pronounced in real life:

I'm not sure either, maybe reach out and see if they can check and re-code? Mine are full high beam when there's nothing around. You can still use manual high-beams with the stalk too as a stop-gap.

Can anyone confirm that CS suspension is slightly stiffer in all modes, including comfort? I am pretty much convinced about steering and gearbox, but not sure about the rest. My g82 is daily, including long trips on shitty roads...

Yes, it definitely is. Best way I can describe is comfort is closer to stock sport, sport is like stock sport+, and sport+ is stiffer. I also have MP HAS which also added some stiffness.
Overall, it's not a bad thing. Dampening feels better matched with HAS in all modes. |

Just got mine done with bimmer-remote as well. Everything except the suspension changes (I think it's stiff enough as it is)
100% worth it. It feels like a brand new car. |
