No Allocations for November
I ordered my M3C the last week in August where I was told that I should secure an allocation by the end of September or early October. Just last week they said they expect to have allocation next week (this week). Now they are saying not a single M3 is available for allocation for November (meaning no available allocations in October for a November build). Does this sound right??? BMW is not building any M3s the entire month of November.

Mine was suppose to hit to but never came. Looks like we'll have to wait for next month. So far the last week I see on the postings is week 45..nothing on 46+ |

The supply chain is really messed up right now. My allocation was from July and my car was just built this last week. I'm hopeful it will be delivered by the end of November.
I'm not surprised that the dealer does not have an allocation. They seem to be very limited at this point in time and I've seen a lot of threads where they have indicated they expect allocations and nothing ever materializes. A broker might be able to help you lock down a current allocation. |

i have a TRX on the way to me, and now dodge has stopped taking orders on them. So i guess supply chains are getting worse, and not better... bmw handing out less allocations...

I talked to a dealer on the east coast that got 3 allocations last week, but they're also one of the largest in the southeast. Seattle got one M3CX allocation and Spokane got zero. Seattle claims to have over a dozen M3CX orders in its bank. Orders are definitely piling up. At this point, I wouldn't be terribly surprised if the wait extends into MY23.

My allocation was for a July built. As of today I don't have a confirmed production date. week 48 build....but we all know that what it's indicated on the system is not secure at all.

My allocation was received in August and I am "Week 49" according to genius. Was originally 40 then pushed to 41 then 42 and now this week I went back to 111 and production is unconfirmed for week 49. No individual paint. I do have the carbon buckets which is what I believe is holding up production.

They're limiting sales availability due to the fact that there are thousands of orders pending/delayed because of parts shortage. If they'll allow dealers to keep on ordering cars, the situation will go out of control and they'll have a lot of rejections during 2022. Audi gives an estimate delivery time for an RS7 between 10 and 14 months for instance! That's why they're experiencing a huge sales collapse on the RS range (at least here in Eu), in the other hand they're honest in telling you the truth of the story. If you want one, you have to be patient. Here in BMW they're always vague and dealers aren't that accurate in giving you infos. But the only thing to do is to be patient.....at least we have an allocation.........which is serially postponed....but we have one. Better than nothing.

Looks like M3 are being more difficult to get the allocation.
I'm 3rd in a queue for a M3. But I found a dealership in Chicago with a free allocation for a m4 . They are saying this allocation is for November. ps: I already got my order number |
