Are you 2022 guys getting US Spec cars? And any word on if they are going to make you wait for EPA approval, even though its US spec delivering in Germany? I lived in K-Town, back in 1980. I need to go back, to check it out. That feels like another lifetime ago.

You can also order the Euro maps from BimmerTech. We did that when one dealer wanted 600 for the European maps. 125$ and a thumb drive from Bimmer Tech. You do need a Windows based PC though, it did not play with Apple computers.

I've been trying to find an IOMG G8x in person so I can see what it really looks like. I think I might change from Black to IOMG. I ordered in June, but I still don't have a delivery date yet. I'm in Kaiserslautern.

I placed my order at the end of May. I'm not 100% certain but I think the dealer used their early allocations for demos.

My G80 is currently being build. Is expected to be finish at the end of AUG and delivered to the Kaiserslautern location mid September. So 3 weeks sounds about average.

I'm just glad I placed my allocation early on. Black wheels and parking assist is no longer available as an option on US configurator. Luckily I got them just in time.
