I'd love insight into how this is all scheduled. I have this fantasy that there is some ridiculously optimized process. I suspect something less than that, because humans.

In any case, my dealership tells me mine will be the first MY22 M3 they get in, and maybe just before Oktoberfest is done! 🤩

Like mine, is moved from week 39 to week 35. When it will be in status 150 i’ll believe, right now i’m expecting what happens with building dates. Right now is in status 112.

I'm still hanging out at scheduled for production but Genius confirmed this morning that I'm still scheduled for week 39.

Genius on the phone, said no confirmed production date on Wednesday, still week 39. Just checked and I moved from order received to scheduled for production on the site.

I finally have a status 112 and I am excited. I actually stopped by sister dealership and explained I wasn't getting any feedback from them and manager went in and looked at my schedule and saw it wasn't assigned and he did a flex on a all wheel drive and I walked out with a allocation. At least I am getting somewhere now.

Was originally week 35 - as of yesterday week 38. Now today moved back again to week 39. This is the 5th time I’ve been moved back, just so depressing.

That sucks, sorry to hear that! I'm going to see what I can find out about my own production status. Might be some clues there that help others know what to expect, though my extra variable (Individual paint) complicates things.

Just called the Genius line and so far I'm still on track to start production on week 39. 🤞

Perhaps having the individual color is saving me from getting bumped at this time since those are a bit harder to slot into the production line. 🤷🏻

For the first time I Googled what Week 39 meant and noticed that there are two different ways of calculating it, American and European. Funny thing is when calling the Genius line I've been told both weeks. I would assume that these things really are on the European method of calculating.

Perhaps this is the driver behind the confusion of what the build week actually means?
