Haha , yeah definitely not the majority. I don't care for any of the limited editions that BMW has come out with lately , but they are limited for a reason. If someone wants it, have at it.

I like it. I actually think they look pretty tasteful minus the decal on the roof.

I'm curious how you got an allocation OP? I assume you've bought a million BMW's at your dealer? Or do you know someone higher up at BMW USA?

I believe the only way to order was to initially pre-order via BMW USA. Then the local dealerships worked with those that submitted their order online once the allocations opened up to get the final build specs submitted.

Exactly, and about time a car brand didn't rely on ordering X vehicles before.

Honestly BMWs weren't even on my radar (especially at this price point) and I wouldn't have bought a BMW but this car brought me into the fold. So BMW nailed it with their intent.

No I only bought one so far with my dealer. I went on the BMW preorder site the moment it opened and navigated thru the preorder process which got stuck forever bc their website sucks. Finally mine wasn't canceled but they were oversold.

BTW The roof logo is entirely optional and I didn't opt in for it.

I agree with 8042 this is a special car and the seats are beautiful!

I don't think the intent from those special editions is for everyone to like it but I don't see a reason to hate on it specially since you did not get the KITH roof which would've been overkill in my opinion. Enjoy it OP and please post pics when you get it as more people will appreciate & congratulate than criticize!
