I intentionally did NOT get the shadowline laser lights because I thought all the details were lost due to all black bezels.
But looking at that picture makes me regret not getting it!

Looks really nice, makes the icon hexagon rings look like it's floating, almost.

I am glad I bought the shadowline lights somewhat unseen - I am not a fan of the "murdered out" look, but my spec, with black leather, the darker 826M wheels, and the medium paint color - having the headlights not be bright bright silver helps to tie everything together. Super happy with the decision.

Man I've been leaning away from BSM for my order, but that just looks outstanding. Is the maintenance/heat really that much worse than other dark colors?

Can't really comment on maintenance yet. I'm planning on doing a decon, clay, light polish, and ceramic coating soon. From what I can tell so far is that it definitely shows dirt sooner than other colors.

But holy shit when it is clean it looks amazing. Pictures don't do it justice.

I was leaning toward BG but my wife convinced me on BSM. I had never considered a black car in my life.

After my orange GT350 (I was going to buy blue) I learned to trust her on color. I am so glad I went with black.

Added my business IG sticker, BMW CCA key chain and the rear M license plate frame. Next 10 days- Interior ceramic coating, front PPF and AST lowering springs.
