Get BMW Parts
Anyone deal with them? I see some good and bad reviews, my main question is availability/ stock as their website does not state stock info and no phone number.
Was looking at the 829 set up for xdrive G80. I did find some custom wheels but would rather get BMW oe |

I believe that I used them once, my memory is poor but if I did, I had no issues. They are a BMW dealer: "Operating out of BMW of Silver Spring (formerly named Tischer BMW)". They appear to prefer email to phone calls, but I'm sure you could figure it out if you looked at the "about" section.
As a BMW dealer, they probably don't stock much beyond the typical maintenance items (they all seem to be rather lean these days) and get everything from BMW's warehouses or Germany.

I was trying to get floor liners from them since they were discounted compared to what you would buy from a dealer. By the time I got to checkout they were charging me almost $40 for shipping. The total costed more than what the dealer quoted me. I said screw it and bought them straight from the dealership. Basically the discounts you see are made up in the shipping cost.

I've had success with them over the years, especially with odd parts. I need to order an oem DVD for the Navi in my e61, and they were able to special order it (those drives don't work well with the burned ones). I've done that with other parts too. Their prices are good, but in the same ballpark as fcp, autohause, and other vendors that have better shipping deals.

Ordered a few times. No issues and usually the prices are better than other places. One item was not in stock after ordering and they emailed me to let me know. Shipping is usually pretty quick, but can get pricey depends on location and the items.

Bought a number of things from them when they were Tischer BMW. All was good with fair pricing. Sales were very good on price.

100% recommend
You can email them about availability ahead of time if you have questions. They can get most things within a few days, if not already in stock. There is a threshold for free shipping and they price match too. Awesome return policy as well.

I used them in the past. Most recently was a couple of months ago. Orders rotors and pads for the wife's X3. I mistakenly ordered 2 wear sensors. They sent a note saying that the car only required one and deleted it from the order. I thought that was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend them.

i just ordered a few things recently from them, definitely the cheapest for OEM parts, like the M performance carbon fiber parts. none of the venders here offer those parts at the same prices. order came fast and everything was nice and in order and perfect condition
