Can anyone confirm if their car has the rear main seal recall. When i put my vin in the USA and UK online recall site it says i have none. When i had my break in service done today the tech and the BMW genius i called said i have an open recall. I am very confused at this point.

The bearing recall won’t show up on any online site. BMW has wiped them all clean of the info. The only way you will know is thru Genius or your CA/dealership.

Thanks for the info. Looks like ill be driving the car like i stole it since the recall is a whole engine replacement.

Delivery finally complete. TB2/Tartufo finally home. PCD delivery was a blast (first time doing it). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about it. Ended up with Pirellis in the tire lottery - but end of day just happy its finally delivered without any additional stop-sales.
