So my conclusion until now was, because ESP intervention is linked to the steering wheel angle and this behaviour cant be influenced by disabling every assistance (DSC etc), its the ESP doing weird stuff to protect something?

If its ESP doing weird stuff then it shouldn’t wear and tear into transmission and drivetrain right? Thats what Im trying to learn - is it actually THAT damaging to the car itself?
