Lots of great pics here! I'm about to submit a build for allocation. I'm for sure to pick PB exterior, but are debating on what interior to go with it. Here are my picks:

1. KO Full (I can see myself getting tired of it few years later)
2. Silverstone Full (my two kids are big risk)
3. Tartufo Full (can't find any pictures of PB with this)

Few weeks ago I was full of KO, but looking at all the pictures of it now makes me think it's too much to live with for years.

Anyone got pics of PB over Tartufo? Appreciate any feedback or user experience!

Silverstone would look great. Just put protectant on it. Or just do a shampoo and conditioning. I hear it's not as bad as you'd think.

I went for black, though. No regrets.

I've also heard that if you want to go full leather, the dealer can code the lower dash to be black instead of silverstone while retaining the silverstone seats, if that's of interest.

Here is a video with PB over Silverstone, but on M4. It looks stunning and drives me to consider Silverstone.

Thanks for sharing, that color combo looks amazing. I am happy with my decision. This waiting time is killing me.

I went with KO and absolutely love it. So does everyone who's seen it. I love colored interiors and I've had several red interiors so KO was a great choice for me. I know I won't get bored of it, but if you think you would, then go for something safer.

I agree. I searched cars.com and found 11 Portimao Blues in the entire country. On top of that I seen none in the color combo and configuration that I want. The chip shortage will help in hardly seeing this color on the road for the g80/g82/g83.

My car is PB over Tartufo, and I can't wait to see it. It's stuck at the Performance Center VDC, and I'm thinking I won't see it until January.

Please share pics when you have it! Did you order it without seeing any pictures/real thing?

So I went to the dealership to look at some samples, especially to get some idea to imagine PB over Tartufo. Here are the pics and I edited them so they look very close to real under interior lighting

If you don't have a delivery date yet, it won't be for December unless there's a cancellation (the DO happen). I snagged the very last available delivery slot for this month 12 days ago. The waiting is agonizing ...

If it helps your decision-making, ask to 'check out' the leather samples one at a time for a few days each, then place it on the passenger seat as you go about your business. That helped me assess different colors in various lighting conditions. I found KO in full sun too bright (for me personally) but gained an appreciation for it in diffused sun or shade.

I have the same reasoning as the situation over here (Sweden) sounds similar.
Portimao seems to be pretty rare on the G8X so far.

Scandinavian mainstream taste in regards to car colours is monochrome more or less.
Only "real" sports cars get away with loud colours over here.

The only Isle of Man Green cars I have seen has been dealer HEA-cars.
I doubt many G8X will be specified in IOMG many customers.
The same goes for loud interior colours...

When looking at the 21 available G80 in Sweden at the moment 15 are gray scale.

9 are one of the three greys, 4 black and 2 white.

I was initially going for Skyscraper but ended up with Portimao and it seems, surprisingly, it will be one of the more uncommon colours.

Not the main reason I chose it, but it doesn't hurt

You will love it! Get it ceramic coated and keep it clean and it'll look awesome specially under direct sunlight

I am 100% sure I will!

I have been lucky to see the the G80 in most colours I have been contemplating IRL.

When I first saw PB on both an M3 and M4 cab the same day I was just sold and switched my order.

Personally I don't think PB is the best blue out there, not loving the purple hue, but somehow it just suits the G80 so damn well!

For some reason it wears PB so much better than on an ordinary m-sport 3-series which is why I did not really consider PB at first.

Couldn't agree more. I wasn't excited about PB either until I saw one in person and it felt like PB was made for the G8x!

I got them professionally painted with lifetime warranty. They could've powder-coated them but that would require complete disassembly.
